Election Day 2016 is finally here. It has been a long, divisive, depressing process but WE MADE IT. The finish line is in sight! But I would not be surprised if the time in between polls closing and a victor being proclaimed feels just as long, divisive, and depressing as the last year. I know we will all be glued to the news and social media but there’s no reason not to switch on something a little more positive, too. Here are some ideas.
Teens and tweens aren’t old enough to vote but they are awesome people! Be inspired by girls getting it done!!
I am a princess. All girls are! Even if they live in tiny old attics, even if they dress in rags, even if they aren’t pretty, or smart, or young, they’re still princesses – all of us!
I can do it because I can do anything!
